Operator Disclosure: These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and govern your use of the USA Mobile website and wireless services.

  1. Purpose

 

USA Mobile, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children and families using its wireless services. This Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance Policy describes how USA Mobile collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with services that may be used by minors, and how USA Mobile complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements, and applicable telecommunications and consumer protection laws.

 

USA Mobile, LLC operates the wireless service platform as the MVNO service provider and maintains the subscriber relationship for services delivered on the USA Mobile platform, including licensed or partner-branded offerings.

 

USA Mobile, LLC services are designed to be purchased and managed by adults. USA Mobile does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.

 

All vendors, partners, and service providers participating in the USA Mobile service ecosystem must comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, and child-safety laws.

 

  1. Scope of Services Covered

 

This policy applies to:

 

  • USA Mobile wireless services
  • USA Mobile website and customer portal
  • Account registration and billing systems
  • Subscriber management platforms
  • Carrier network services provided through third-party wireless carriers
  • Third-party parental control or safety applications integrated with the service
  • Licensed or branded service offerings
  • Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) services

 

USA Mobile may use authorized vendors, platform providers, subscriber-management systems, customer-support providers, security providers, and other contracted service providers to operate the wireless service.

 

These providers act on behalf of USA Mobile and may access personal information only as necessary to perform their assigned functions in connection with the operation of the wireless service.

 

This policy applies regardless of device type.

 

  1. Age Policy

USA Mobile services are intended to be purchased and controlled by adults.

  • Accounts must be created by individuals age 18 or older
  • Services may be used by minors under parental supervision
  • USA Mobile does not permit children under 13 to create accounts
  • Services are marketed to parents and families, not directly to children

Where a device is used by a minor, the parent or legal guardian is the account holder and is responsible for all permissions and settings.

  1. Information Collected by USA Mobile

USA Mobile collects only the information necessary to provide wireless service, billing, and account management.

Information collected during account registration may include:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing address
  • Payment information
  • Device identifier (IMEI or similar) (used for device compatibility)
  • Service location information (used only to determine service availability)
  • Usage information related to wireless service
  • Call history and service records required for network operation

USA Mobile does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under age 13.

USA Mobile does not collect:

  • Child profile data
  • Behavioral tracking data
  • Contacts stored on the device
  • Message content
  • App activity not required for wireless service operation

Any information related to device usage is limited to data necessary to provide wireless connectivity and customer support.

  1. Carrier Data (AT&T/T-Mobile)

Wireless connectivity is provided through third-party carrier networks.

Carriers may collect and store information including:

  • Call records
  • SMS metadata
  • Network logs
  • Device identifiers
  • Network-level location information

This information is stored by the carrier and is not controlled by USA Mobile.

Carrier data is governed by the carrier’s own privacy policies and regulatory obligations.

  1. Subscriber Management Systems (Carriers / BSS / OSS)

USA Mobile uses third-party subscriber management and billing platforms to operate its services.

These systems may store:

  • Subscriber information
  • Billing information
  • Plan information
  • Service usage records required for billing and network operation

These systems do not collect personal information directly from children.

Any usage data stored relates only to wireless service activity.

  1. Third-Party Safety / Monitoring Applications

USA Mobile services may include optional third-party applications or services, such as parental-control tools, monitoring tools, or safety features.

These providers may collect additional information necessary to provide their services.

Such vendors are required to:

  • Maintain their own privacy policies
  • Comply with COPPA and applicable privacy laws
  • Limit data collection to what is necessary for the service
  • Provide parental control where required by law

USA Mobile does not control data collected by third-party applications.

Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party services used with the device.

When such services are activated, limited subscriber information may be shared with the applicable provider only as required to deliver the selected feature and in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy and applicable law.

  1. Advertising and Tracking

USA Mobile does not use behavioral advertising targeted at children.

USA Mobile will not:

  • Sell personal information of children
  • Use behavioral advertising directed at minors
  • Allow tracking of children for advertising without parental consent

Any analytics used by USA Mobile is limited to what is necessary for:

  • Billing
  • Network performance
  • Customer support
  • Security
  • Service improvement
  1. Parental Consent

USA Mobile services are purchased by adults, and parental consent is verified through the account registration process.

Consent may be verified through:

  • Account holder registration
  • Subscriber identity information
  • Payment method verification
  • Carrier billing verification where applicable

Only the account holder may activate, modify, or manage service settings.

  1. Data Storage and Security

In the event of a data security incident, USA Mobile will:

  • Investigate the incident
  • Notify affected users when required by law
  • Notify regulators when required
  • Follow applicable state and federal breach-notification laws

USA Mobile requires vendors to maintain breach-response procedures.

  1. Marketing Practices

USA Mobile services may use family-friendly or branded offerings.

Marketing is directed to parents and families.

Children under 13 are not permitted to create accounts, and services must be activated by an adult account holder.

All marketing must comply with applicable consumer-protection, privacy, and telecommunications laws.

  1. Vendor Compliance Requirement

All vendors participating in USA Mobile services must comply with:

  • COPPA
  • FCC regulations
  • Carrier requirements
  • Data-privacy laws
  • Consumer protection laws

USA Mobile may suspend or terminate vendors that do not meet these requirements.
