USA Mobile
Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Applies to: USA Mobile services and all services operated on the USA Mobile platform, including partner-branded or powered-by USA Mobile offerings
- Prepaid Service Policy
USA Mobile, LLC (“USA Mobile”) operates the wireless service platform and maintains the subscriber relationship for services delivered on the USA Mobile platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
USA Mobile primarily provides prepaid wireless service. All plans must be paid in advance, and the billing cycle begins on the date the service is activated.
Because service is prepaid:
- Payments are non-refundable once service has been activated
- No refunds will be issued for used talk, text, or data
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle
- Service will continue until the end of the prepaid period unless suspended or terminated
If service is not renewed, it will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Activation Requirement
Service must be activated within 45 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
If service is not activated within 45 days, the SIM, plan, or activation code may expire.
If you are unable to activate within this period, you should contact customer support.
In certain cases, replacement SIMs or activation assistance may be provided at the sole discretion of USA Mobile.
Failure to activate service within the allowed period does not guarantee a refund.
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
USA Mobile primarily supports Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device:
- Is compatible with the network
- Is unlocked if required
- Meets technical requirements
- Is in working condition
USA Mobile is not responsible for:
- Costs related to incompatible devices
- Device unlocking fees
- Device repairs
- Lost or damaged devices
- Charges from other carriers
- Any device not purchased directly from USA Mobile
No refunds will be issued due to device incompatibility.
USA Mobile may use authorized carriers, billing platforms, subscriber management systems, cloud providers, payment processors, and other contracted vendors to provide service, and certain refunds, cancellations, or service changes may depend on those providers.
- Auto-Pay and Renewal
If Auto-Pay is enabled, your plan will renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
By enabling Auto-Pay, you authorize USA Mobile to charge your selected payment method for recurring service.
You are responsible for managing your Auto-Pay settings.
USA Mobile is not responsible for charges that occur because:
- Auto-Pay was not turned off
- Payment method remained active
- Renewal occurred before cancellation
Notifications may be provided before renewal, but failure to receive notice does not prevent renewal.
You may cancel Auto-Pay at any time before the renewal date.
- No Refunds for Used Service
No refunds will be issued for:
- Used talk, text, or data
- Partial billing cycles
- Promotional plans
- Discounted plans
- Expired plans
- Suspended accounts
- Terminated accounts
Refunds are only issued when required by law or at the sole discretion of USA Mobile. Certain charges, taxes, regulatory fees, or carrier-related costs may not be refundable where prohibited by law or carrier rules.
- Customer Support and Exceptions
If you experience a problem with your service, please contact support.
USA Mobile will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may provide assistance when appropriate.
We understand that unexpected situations may occur and will make reasonable efforts to help customers maintain service when possible.
