How recurring payments work for USA Mobile service.

Operator Disclosure: These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and govern your use of the USA Mobile website and wireless services.

AutoPay Terms & Authorization

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

 

1. AutoPay Authorization

By enrolling in AutoPay, you authorize USA Mobile to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for your wireless plan, including any applicable taxes and fees.

 

2. How AutoPay Works

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on or near your monthly plan renewal date

  • You will receive a confirmation or receipt for each successful charge

  • If your plan or pricing changes, the updated amount will be reflected in your next billing cycle

 

3. Payment Authorization & Storage

By enabling AutoPay, you:

  • Authorize USA Mobile to securely store your payment method

  • Authorize recurring charges until AutoPay is canceled

  • Agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date

 

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • We may attempt to retry the charge

  • Your service may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be collected

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding balance

 

5. Canceling AutoPay

  • You may cancel AutoPay at any time through your account settings or by contacting support

  • Cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle

  • You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation
