Operator Disclosure: These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and govern your use of the USA Mobile website and wireless services.

  1. Introduction

 

USA Mobile, LLC (“USA Mobile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides wireless communications services, related applications, customer portals, and branded service offerings through the USA Mobile platform.

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use:

 

  • USA Mobile wireless services
  • Websites and portals operated by USA Mobile
  • Services operated under the USA Mobile name
  • Services offered under partner or branded programs powered by USA Mobile
  • Applications, devices, and related services connected to the USA Mobile platform

 

USA Mobile, LLC is the licensed wireless service provider and MVNO operator for all wireless services operated on the USA Mobile platform unless otherwise stated.

 

Partner brands may offer services powered by USA Mobile, but the wireless service, subscriber relationship, and account management are provided by USA Mobile.

This policy is intended to comply with:

  • Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules
  • Applicable carrier requirements
  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules
  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Nevada, Texas, and other applicable state privacy laws

 

 

 

  1. Scope 

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • USA Mobile wireless services
  • Account registration and billing systems
  • Customer portals
  • Mobile applications
  • Partner-branded services powered by USA Mobile
  • Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) services
  • Customer support interactions
  • Websites, portals, and landing pages operated by or for USA Mobile
  • Some partner brands, applications, or services may have their own privacy policies.

 

When those policies apply, they will be available on the applicable website, portal, or application.

 

  1. Information We Collect

 

We collect information necessary to provide wireless service, operate the platform, comply with law, and prevent fraud.

 

Information may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing address
  • Payment information
  • Device identifiers (IMEI or similar)
  • IP address
  • Service usage information
  • Call detail records
  • SMS metadata (not message content)
  • Customer support communications
  • Account history
  • Service location information used to determine coverage availability
  • Fraud prevention and security information

We do not collect Social Security numbers.

We do not collect message content unless required for lawful purposes.

  1. Information from Carrier Networks

Wireless connectivity is provided through third-party carrier networks.

Carrier networks may collect information including:

  • Call records
  • Network logs
  • Device identifiers
  • Network-level location information
  • Service routing information

This information is maintained by the carrier and is subject to the carrier’s privacy policies and legal obligations.

USA Mobile receives only the information necessary to operate the service.

USA Mobile may also use authorized network platform providers, MVNA / MVNE providers, billing platforms, or network integration vendors to connect to carrier networks and operate the service.

These providers process subscriber information only as required to activate service, route communications, and maintain network operation.

  1. Location Information

Location information may be generated through the wireless network in order to:

  • Provide service coverage
  • Route calls
  • Support emergency services (E911)
  • Prevent fraud
  • Detect spam or robocalling activity
  • Comply with legal requirements

USA Mobile generally does not collect GPS location data unless required for service operation or permitted by the user.

Network-level location information may be provided by the carrier.

  1. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

  • Operate our website
  • Improve services
  • Understand usage
  •  
  • Prevent fraud
  • Support marketing communications

We may send marketing emails or SMS messages if you have opted in.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use behavioral advertising directed at children.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We do not sell personal information.

We require service providers to protect information and use it only for authorized purposes.

USA Mobile may use third-party vendors, platform providers, and subprocessors to perform functions required to operate the wireless service, including billing, provisioning, payment processing, customer support, security monitoring, and bundled service features.

These providers act on behalf of USA Mobile and may access personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their assigned function.

All such providers are required to maintain appropriate privacy, security, and confidentiality protections consistent with applicable law and industry standards.

  1. Partner-Branded and Powered Services

USA Mobile may operate services under its own name or under partner brands.

Partner-branded services may have their own websites, applications, or portals.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • USA Mobile provides the wireless service
  • USA Mobile maintains the subscriber relationship
    • USA Mobile remains the controller of subscriber account data for wireless service accounts, and third-party providers process such data only as required to provide their contracted services.
  • USA Mobile manages billing and account records

Partner brands may receive limited information necessary to provide their services.

Partner services may have their own privacy policies.

Optional bundled services such as parental-control tools, identity protection, security services, or monitoring features may be provided by approved third-party vendors.

When such services are activated, limited information may be shared with the applicable provider as required to deliver the selected feature, in accordance with that provider’s policies.

  1. Children’s Policy

USA Mobile services are intended to be purchased by adults.

Accounts must be created by individuals age 18 or older.

Devices may be used by minors under parental supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.

  1. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. 

  • Encryption

Safeguards are designed to be consistent with industry standards, carrier requirements, and applicable federal and state privacy and data-security laws.

No system can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
