International Long Distance Consumer Agreement for USA Mobile wireless services.

Operator Disclosure: These policies, disclosures, and terms are issued by USA Mobile, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and govern your use of the USA Mobile website and wireless services.

 INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE (ILD) CONSUMER AGREEMENT

 

Effective Date: July 18, 2025

 

  1. Introduction

This International Long Distance Consumer Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase and use of International Long Distance (“ILD”) Services provided in connection with wireless or telecommunications services offered by USA Mobile, LLC (“USA Mobile”) and services operated on the USA Mobile platform, including partner-branded or powered-by USA Mobile offerings. USA Mobile, LLC operates the subscriber service platform and maintains the customer account relationship for services delivered on the USA Mobile platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

ILD Services are provided through a third-party international carrier operating under Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority. These services are currently provided through NetworkIP, LLC d/b/a Elite Telecom, utilizing its FCC Form 214 authorization for international telecommunications services.

By purchasing or using ILD Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any applicable Terms of Service, pricing schedules, or service disclosures published by USA Mobile or the applicable brand through which your service is provided.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use International Long Distance services.

This Agreement must be read together with the applicable service terms, pricing information, and disclosures available on the customer website or portal associated with your service.

  1. Definitions 

 

  • Account: Refers to the subscriber account associated with your wireless or telecommunications service, including any prepaid balance, billing cycle usage, or international calling capability associated with your phone number.
  • Elite Telecom: Refers to NetworkIP, LLC d/b/a Elite Telecom, the authorized international telecommunications carrier providing International Long Distance services under FCC authorization.
  • USA Mobile: Refers to USA Mobile, LLC, the wireless service provider operating the subscriber account and service platform, including services provided under the USA Mobile name or under partner-branded or powered-by USA Mobile programs.
  • Marketing Agents / Distributors: Refers to authorized distributors, resellers, affiliates, platform providers, or partner brands that market or distribute services operating on the USA Mobile platform.
  • Service: Refers to the International Long Distance (ILD) service that enables calls to destinations outside the United States using authorized international telecommunications carriers.
  • Consumer / You / Your: Refers to the end user or account holder responsible for the subscriber account through which ILD Services are used.
  • Website / Customer Portal: Refers to the website, application, or portal through which your service is provided, including USA Mobile websites and any partner-branded or powered-by USA Mobile websites that display pricing, terms, or service information.

 

Service information may be available on the applicable customer-facing website or portal associated with your service, or by contacting: support@usamobile.com.

 

This Agreement incorporates by reference all applicable pricing, charges, service descriptions, limitations, and terms associated with the International Long Distance service, including those published on the applicable website, portal, or promotional materials.

 

  1. International Long Distance Service Provider Disclosure

International Long Distance services are not provided directly by USA Mobile.

International calling services are provided by NetworkIP, LLC d/b/a Elite Telecom, an authorized international telecommunications carrier operating under FCC Form 214 authority.

USA Mobile and any partner-branded or powered-by USA Mobile service acts as the subscriber service provider and billing platform but does not provide the underlying international telecommunications network.

By using International Long Distance services, you acknowledge that:

  • International calls may be routed through third-party carriers
  • Rates and availability may vary by destination
  • Service is subject to carrier network limitations
  • Additional restrictions may apply

USA Mobile may use authorized carriers, international providers, platform providers, billing systems, and other contracted vendors to operate International Long Distance services.

  1. Pricing and Changes

Rates for International Long Distance calls may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Service plan
  • Prepaid balance
  • Promotional offers
  • Partner-branded program terms

Current rates, charges, and applicable restrictions will be available on the website or portal associated with your service.

International calls may not be included in standard domestic plans unless specifically stated.

USA Mobile reserves the right to change international rates at any time as permitted by applicable law.

  1. Use of Service

International Long Distance service is provided for normal consumer use only.

The following may result in suspension or termination of service:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Excessive or abnormal usage
  • Resale of service
  • Use for commercial call routing
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Use that interferes with network operations

USA Mobile or its service providers may restrict or block international calling to certain destinations where required by law, carrier policy, or network limitations.

  1. Network Limitations

International Long Distance service depends on third-party network providers.

Service quality, availability, and routing may vary.

Calls may be blocked, delayed, or rerouted due to:

  • Network conditions
  • Carrier restrictions
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Fraud prevention controls

International Long Distance service is subject to applicable FCC regulations, carrier rules, and international telecommunications requirements.

Customer support is provided by USA Mobile or the applicable partner-branded service operating on the USA Mobile platform.

  1. Changes to this Agreement

USA Mobile may update this Agreement as required to comply with:

  • FCC rules
  • Carrier requirements
  • Regulatory changes
  • Service changes

Updated versions will be posted on the applicable customer website or portal.

Continued use of International Long Distance service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

  1. Acknowledgement

By using International Long Distance service, you acknowledge that:

  • The international carrier is NetworkIP, LLC d/b/a Elite Telecom
  • USA Mobile operates the subscriber service platform
  • Service may be offered under USA Mobile or partner-branded programs
  • Pricing, routing, and availability may vary
  • This Agreement applies to all ILD usage on the account
